Give us your flight number, arrival date and time, and whether you are arriving at North or South Terminal so we can coordinate your pickup. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information. Gatwick's railway station is at South Terminal; North Terminal uses the free inter-terminal shuttle.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. Agree the meeting details with the office and provide a number you can use on arrival. A name board can be provided on request. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help.
Give us your home, hotel or office address and postcode, the relevant entrance and any extra stops. Southfields planning references span SW18 and SW19, so the exact booked address matters.

LOCAL AND RAIL OPTIONS
Southfields Underground station is on Wimbledon Park Road, SW19 6RL. Wimbledon Park station is a different station on Arthur Road, SW19 8AA. If a station is your destination, specify which one; otherwise use your full home, hotel or office address.
For a public-transport alternative, Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria, while Gatwick Express runs to London Victoria. Thameslink links Gatwick with London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. These are airport-end connections, not a complete route to Southfields: plan the onward leg, changes, walking and luggage as well.

Yes. Book your Southfields home, hotel or office as your destination, using the full address and postcode. Include the entrance and any additional stops. Stations in the rail comparison are alternatives, not your default destination.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not the seat count alone. A saloon is a starting point for lighter loads, an estate offers more luggage space, and an MPV is an option for a larger party. Mini Van and luxury options are available by enquiry.
Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so we can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Contact the office as soon as possible if your flight, terminal or destination changes. The booker or authorised contact should request any material change; the office will confirm whether it is accepted and any revised charge. A message acknowledging your request is not itself acceptance.
Airport waiting can be chargeable, and parking costs should be agreed with the office. Ask for the applicable terms when arranging your quote.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need: guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost separately. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child's relevant seat requirements and agree the cost.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. You can contact the 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888; no app installation is needed.
