KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. A name board can be provided; agree the exact meeting detail with the office when booking. Gatwick's express pickup areas are separate options, where the driver must stay with the vehicle.
Give us your home, hotel or office address and postcode, relevant entrance details and any additional stops. St Margarets station is a public-transport reference, not the default destination for your private hire journey.
Comparing the train from Gatwick? Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria. Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. These are airport-end connections, not a complete journey to St Margarets: plan the onward local leg, walking and luggage separately.

St Margarets and Twickenham have separate stations. St Margarets (London) station is on St. Margarets Road, Twickenham, Greater London, TW1 2LH. For a private hire transfer, give your actual home, hotel or office address rather than relying on a station name.
The station is listed with South Western Railway, and National Rail classifies its platform access as step-free category A. This can help when comparing public transport, but plan the walking at either end with your luggage and check current assistance and lift information where needed.

Yes. Your pre-booked transfer can take you to your home, hotel or office in St Margarets. Give the full address and postcode, relevant entrance and any additional stops; the station is a public-transport reference, not your default destination.
Give the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a vehicle for the whole party and combined load, not just the number of seats.
An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury vehicles are available by enquiry; discuss your requirements with the office.

Yes. The office can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell us what help you need so we can coordinate a suitable arrangement. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair can travel as luggage where suitable.
