Give us your flight number, arrival date and time, and whether you land at North or South Terminal so we can coordinate your pickup. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. Agree the meeting details with the office and provide a contact number; a name board can be provided. Express pickup is a separate airport option where the driver stays with the vehicle. If you cannot find your driver, contact our office for help.
We can take you to your booked home, hotel, office or station address. Let us know the entrance and any extra stops so the journey can be arranged accordingly.
Taking the train instead? Gatwick's railway station is at South Terminal; passengers at North Terminal use the free inter-terminal shuttle. Southern connects the airport with Clapham Junction and London Victoria. Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International; Gatwick Express runs to London Victoria. Plan any interchange and the final leg to your Streatham address separately.

For a home, hotel or office, give the full address and postcode rather than SW16 alone. If you are travelling to Streatham station, its address is Streatham High Road, Streatham, London, SW16 6HP.
Streatham Hill station is a different destination at Streatham Hill, London, SW2 4SA. Name it explicitly if that is where you need to go; a station name is not a substitute for the booked address.

Yes. Book your full home, hotel or office address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops. The stations listed in the train comparison are public transport alternatives, not your default private-hire destination.
Tell us the passenger count alongside the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle needs to suit the whole party and its combined load, not just the number of seats.
An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV is an option for a larger party. Discuss group and luggage needs with the office, including Mini Van enquiries.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation of a car.
Yes. The office can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell us what help you need so we can arrange a suitable driver and vehicle. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair travels as luggage where suitable, rather than carrying a passenger seated in it.
If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
