ARRIVAL PLAN
Agree where to meet and where you are going before you travel.
Share your flight number, arrival date and time, North or South terminal and a contact number so we can coordinate your pickup. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information. Gatwick’s railway station is at South Terminal; a free inter-terminal shuttle links it to North Terminal.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. A name board can be provided; agree your meeting arrangement when booking. Express pickup is separate and requires the driver to stay with the vehicle. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact the office for help.
The car takes you to your booked home, hotel, office or other address. Give the full postcode, relevant entrance and any extra stop; do not assume a station is the destination.
Considering rail from Gatwick? Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria; Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International; Gatwick Express runs to London Victoria. These are airport-end connections: plan any changes, the local leg to Sutton and your luggage separately.

LOCAL ADDRESS DETAILS
Sutton station is at Railway Bridge on High Street (SM1 1JA), Sutton Common is on Sutton Common Road (SM1 3HY), and West Sutton is on Gander Green Lane (SM1 2EY). They are different destinations, so name the right one if you are travelling to a station.
Cheam and Belmont stations both have SM2 addresses, while Cheam Library is on Church Road, Cheam, SM3 8QH. A place name or postcode district alone does not identify your destination: give the actual address and entrance.

Yes. Your private hire journey can end at your booked home, hotel, office or other destination. Give the full address and postcode, the entrance and any additional stops; a station is not the default destination.
Give the passenger count alongside the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the whole party and its combined load, not just the number of seats.
An estate offers more luggage space; an MPV is an option for a larger party. Discuss the load with the office so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Not necessarily. Ask the office to confirm the agreed inclusions and any parking or waiting charges for your collection. Waiting can be chargeable; the airport’s own parking tariffs are not the KB fare.
Contact the office as soon as possible with the change. The booker or authorised contact should request any material change; the office can agree the revised arrangements and any charge. A request or acknowledgement is not acceptance of the change.
A booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Discuss any additional escort inside a building and agree the arrangements and any cost.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable, but this does not provide travel seated in the wheelchair.
