ARRIVAL PLAN
Agree where to meet your driver and where you need to go before you travel.
Gatwick has North and South terminals. Give us your flight number and arrival terminal so the office can arrange the right collection. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
KB Cars normally parks in Short Stay and meets you inside arrivals. A name board can be provided if requested. Agree the meeting arrangement and share a contact number; our office can help if you and your driver cannot find each other. Gatwick also has a separate express pickup option, where the driver must stay with the vehicle.
Whether you are going to a home, hotel or office, give us the full address, postcode and relevant entrance, plus any additional stops. Teddington and nearby Fulwell are distinct places, so a station name should not stand in for your destination.
Prefer the train from Gatwick? Gatwick's railway station is at South Terminal; a free inter-terminal shuttle connects North Terminal. Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria; Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International; Gatwick Express runs to London Victoria. Plan the onward connection to your Teddington address, including interchanges, walking and luggage.

TEDDINGTON DESTINATION
Your destination may be a home, hotel or office rather than a station. Teddington station is on Victoria Road and served by South Western Railway; nearby Fulwell is a separate station in TW2. Give the actual address so your driver takes you to the right place.

Yes. Your pre-booked journey can take you to your home, hotel or office. Give us the full address and postcode, the relevant entrance and any additional stops; a station mentioned as a public-transport alternative is not your default destination.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together, not just the number of seats. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury arrangements are available by enquiry.
Tell the office the passenger count, numbers and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, and whether you have a pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. We can discuss a suitable arrangement.
Do not assume they are included. Airport parking and waiting are separate considerations, and waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy. Ask the office to explain the charges and inclusions for your journey when you request your quote.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement; the office will agree the assistance and any cost with you.
KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable; discuss boarding needs and the rest of your luggage with the office.
