KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets you inside arrivals. A name board can be provided; agree the meeting details with the office. Gatwick also has a separate express pickup option, where the driver must stay with the vehicle.
Give us the full Tooting address and postcode, the relevant entrance and any additional stop, so your journey is arranged for the place you need.
Considering the train instead? Gatwick's station is at South Terminal; from North Terminal, use the free inter-terminal shuttle. Southern connects the airport with Clapham Junction and London Victoria, while Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. Plan the onward leg to Tooting, including any changes, walking and luggage.

Provide the passenger count and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can confirm a vehicle suited to the combined party and load, not just the number of seats.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can accommodate a larger party. Discuss group, Mini Van or luxury requirements with the office.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets you inside arrivals. Agree the meeting details with the office, and ask if you would like a name board. If you and your driver cannot find each other, the office can help.
