Book from your home, hotel or venue address in Ham, including the postcode and relevant entrance or access details. If you are leaving Ham House and Garden, its address is Ham Street, Ham, Richmond, Surrey, TW10 7RS; agree the actual pickup point rather than assuming access to a particular gate.
Tell the office your flight and whether you need Gatwick North or South Terminal. Allow for your airline's check-in requirements and discuss your intended airport arrival time and pickup time when booking.

Gatwick's railway station is at South Terminal; passengers for North Terminal use the free inter-terminal shuttle. Compare the changes, access and luggage for your travel date.

Yes. Your pre-booked journey can start at your Ham home, hotel or venue. Give the full address and postcode, the entrance and any additional stops. Richmond station is a rail alternative, not the default private-hire pickup.
Give the passenger count alongside the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, and mention pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items. The vehicle needs to suit the complete party and load, not just the number of seats.
If you need help getting to the car or loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair, tell the office when arranging your journey. This ordinary assistance is free; an additional escort inside a building can be discussed separately.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
