Heathrow’s own terminal drop-off charge is included in your quoted fare at the airport’s current rate, rather than added afterwards. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking; KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Set the pickup, airport arrival target and terminal for your flight.
Give your house number, postcode and any access details for the actual pickup. Ham House and Garden can be a local reference: its published address is Ham Street, Ham, Richmond, Surrey, TW10 7RS, but it is not the default pickup point.
Work back from the time you need to reach Heathrow, rather than your flight departure time alone. Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before an international flight or two hours before a domestic or Europe flight; follow your airline’s own requirements.
Heathrow passenger terminals are 2, 3, 4 and 5. Check the terminal for your individual flight using the airline or terminal finder, and include it in your booking.
Need to change your plans? The booker or authorised contact can ask our office to change the pickup time, address or terminal. The office will confirm an accepted change and any revised charge. Acknowledgement of a request is not acceptance of the change.

Choose the vehicle for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV provides more passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space.
Tell the office the number and size of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items, so we can agree a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to arrange one when you book, subject to availability and suitability. We offer baby, child and booster seat options; tell us the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements.
Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space, and agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Your private hire pickup is from the address you book, including your home in Ham. Richmond station is a public-transport alternative, not the default pickup point.
Yes. Tell our office about the help you need: guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, we can discuss the task and agree any cost.
