Bus 285 to Heathrow Central
Route 285 connects the Hampton area with Heathrow Central via Hanworth and Feltham. Heathrow Central is not a direct stop for Terminals 4 or 5, so check the onward connection for your flight.
Starting from Hampton station
Hampton (London) station is an alternative starting point, not a home pickup. Check the available connections to your Heathrow terminal and allow for getting to the station with your luggage.
Find the right Hampton station Hampton station is at Ashley Road, Hampton, Greater London, TW12 2HU; it is distinct from Hampton Wick and Hampton Court. South Western Railway is listed there, and National Rail classifies the station as step-free category B1. Check National Rail for the applicable access directions and assistance information.

Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space.
Tell the office the number and sizes of your cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair or unusual items, so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements so the arrangement and any charge can be agreed before travel.
Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space for your party and luggage.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown for your individual flight by your airline or Heathrow’s terminal finder. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Your private-hire journey is arranged from your booked address, including your home if that is where you want to be collected. Hampton station is a public transport alternative, not the default pickup point.
Can I arrange help with luggage or getting to the car?
Yes. Tell our office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
For assistance at Heathrow, the airport asks passengers to arrange it through their airline or travel agent at least 48 hours before flying.
