YOUR QUOTE
Your quote is based on your travel date and time, destination, vehicle, passengers, luggage and any agreed extras. The fare covers the transfer; Heathrow terminal parking is separate, at Heathrow’s own price.
Pay for parking at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay your driver if they pay it. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; ask the office for the terms for your journey.
ARRIVAL PLAN
From the flight check to your Battersea drop-off, our office can help arrange the details.
Give us your flight number and terminal (2, 3, 4 or 5). The office checks your flight before dispatch and your driver tracks it afterwards. By default, the driver enters the terminal and parks 20 minutes after landing; you can arrange a later entry before pickup to help keep parking costs down. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Request meet and greet inside arrivals or a name board when arranging your pickup. Meet and greet has no extra service charge, although parking is separate. Otherwise, the office can advise on a meeting option and arrange the pickup place before or around your arrival.
Tell us your Battersea destination and any additional stops. For Clapham Junction, specify the station entrance you have booked.

You can request a meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge; terminal parking is payable separately. You can also request a name board. Give the office your flight and terminal so we can advise on the meeting option and agree where to meet. If you cannot find your driver, contact the office for help.
Choose your vehicle for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers a different luggage arrangement from a saloon; an MPV has more passenger seats, but using them can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items, so we can agree a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight and seat needs; include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space, and agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are held up by immigration, baggage or a delay on the runway. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, so it is not unlimited or automatically free; agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give us the full destination address and postcode, with the entrance or access details needed to reach it. Include any additional stops in your journey details.
Your booking can move to the new flight without a charge for the flight change. Contact the office with the new details; a different airport or destination is a change to the journey and needs office acceptance and a revised quote where appropriate.
