The office helps arrange your meeting and stays available if you and your driver need help finding each other.
The office checks your flight before dispatch, and your driver tracks it after the job is dispatched. Heathrow has passenger terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; the terminal finder below can help identify yours. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing to wait at arrivals. If you prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. Tell the office or driver if immigration, baggage or a runway delay holds you up, so the driver can enter later and help limit parking costs.
Request meet and greet inside arrivals or arrange another pickup option. If you would like a name board, request it when arranging your pickup.
A meeting option for your terminal Indoor meeting landmarks differ by terminal. Give the office your terminal or flight number and we can advise on the meeting option and stay in touch before and around arrival.

YOUR BRIXTON / BRIXTON HILL ADDRESS
Brixton Underground and Brixton Rail are separate stations in SW9; Brixton Hill addresses may use SW2. Whether you are going to a station, home or hotel, give the full destination address and any entrance or access details so the journey ends at the right place.

Choose your vehicle for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space.
Tell the office how many large cases and cabin bags you have, as well as any pushchairs or unusual items, so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Tell the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight and the seat required; agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space for your party.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch or for late notice. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you can. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs.
Waiting outside is still waiting, so later entry does not mean unlimited free waiting. Agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give us the full destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Tell us about any additional stops too.
Contact the office with your new flight details. Your existing booking can move to the new flight without a change charge.
If the airport or other journey details change, the office must accept the revised arrangement and confirm any revised fare.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
