The fare is quoted for your Heathrow-to-Clapham journey, taking account of your destination, travel date and time, terminal, vehicle and agreed extras. Tell us about your passengers, luggage and any additional stops so we can arrange the right journey.
Heathrow parking is separate from the fare and follows Heathrow’s own price. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay the driver if they have paid it. Waiting may also be chargeable; agree the applicable terms when booking.
ARRIVAL PLAN
Our office and your driver coordinate the arrival so you know where to meet and can continue to your Clapham destination.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight before dispatch, and your driver tracks it once the job is assigned. Request a name board and meet-and-greet inside arrivals, or arrange another pickup point before or just after arrival. If immigration, baggage or an aircraft held on the runway delays you, tell the office or your driver promptly. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs; waiting outside is still waiting.

For a station destination, the exact name matters: Clapham Common and Clapham North are Underground stations, while Clapham High Street is a rail station. Give the full address and relevant entrance or access details for a home, hotel or venue.

Request meet-and-greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge; airport parking remains separate. Otherwise, the office can advise on a meeting option and arrange a pickup point with you before or just after your flight arrives.
Normally the driver enters and parks 20 minutes after landing, then waits at arrivals. If you want a later entry, arrange it before pickup; this is an operating plan, not a guarantee that you will be ready by then.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers a different luggage arrangement from a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and size of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options are a rear-facing baby seat for birth to 12 months, a child seat for 9 months to 4 years, and a booster for 4 to 12 years.
Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements. Agree the seat and its charge before travel, and include the seat and any pushchair in your space requirements.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch or late notice, so contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you can. The driver can delay terminal entry to help limit parking costs, but time spent waiting outside is still waiting. Agree the applicable waiting terms when booking; later entry does not mean unlimited free waiting.
Yes. Give the full destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Include additional stops in the journey details so they can be agreed.
Contact the office with the new flight details. The booking can move to your new flight without a change charge. If the new flight changes the airport or other journey details, the office must accept the revised arrangement and quote the new journey where appropriate.
