Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight before dispatch and your driver tracks it after assignment. Request a name-board meeting inside arrivals at no extra service charge, or agree another pickup place before or just after your flight arrives.
The driver normally parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting.

Tell the office how many large cases and cabin bags you have and their sizes, as well as any pushchairs or unusual items, so the vehicle can be agreed for the combined load.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one when booking, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight, and seat needs; agree the arrangement and any cost before travel.
Options include a rear-facing baby seat for birth to 12 months, a child seat for 9 months to 4 years, and a booster for 4 to 12 years. Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you can. They can arrange later terminal entry to help limit parking costs. The driver is still waiting outside, so this does not mean unlimited free waiting; agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give us the full destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Include any additional stops so they can be agreed as part of the journey.
Contact the office with your new flight details. Your existing booking can move to the new flight without a change charge. If your airport or other journey details change, the office must agree the revised journey and any revised fare.
