Heathrow parking is separate from the fare and charged at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay your driver if they have paid it. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; ask the office about these when booking.

ARRIVING AT HEATHROW
Our office can help agree a meeting arrangement for your arrival.
Share your flight number and terminal and tell us how you would like to meet. Ask for a name board or meet and greet inside arrivals. Otherwise, we arrange a pickup place before or just after your flight arrives. The office checks your flight before dispatch; your driver tracks it after dispatch.
Normally the driver enters the terminal and parks 20 minutes after landing, then waits at arrivals. If you would prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway delay holds you up, tell the office or your driver so the driver can enter later and help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting.
Give us your full Fulham home, hotel or other destination address and any relevant entrance or access details. Tell the office about extra stops when arranging the journey.

ARRIVING IN FULHAM
A street address, postcode and building or hotel name identify your destination more clearly than SW6 alone. If you use a station as a reference, name the exact station and give your final address too. Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green and Putney Bridge are distinct stations; Putney Bridge station is in SW6.

Give us your flight number and terminal so we can advise on the meeting option. Airport parking remains payable separately; contact the office if you and your driver cannot find each other.
Choose the vehicle for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space to consider than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using them can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Baby, child and booster seats can be requested; give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs, and agree the arrangement and cost before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you can. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs, provided the delay is communicated. Waiting outside is still waiting, not unlimited free waiting; agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give the full destination address and postcode, building or hotel name, and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Include any additional stops in your journey details.
Your booking can move to the new flight without a charge for the flight change. Contact the office with the new details. If the change means a different airport or journey, the new arrangement needs office acceptance and a revised quote where appropriate.
