Heathrow parking is not included in the fare. Pay Heathrow’s price at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay the driver if they have paid. It is only rarely added to a card payment.
AT THE AIRPORT
Our office checks your flight and helps arrange a practical meeting for your onward journey.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight before dispatch, and your driver tracks it once assigned. Request meet and greet inside arrivals or arrange another pickup place before or just after arrival. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver enters the terminal and parks 20 minutes after landing. If you would prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs.
Tell us the full destination address, postcode, entrance and any access needs, along with extra stops. The office can arrange the journey to your home, hotel or another destination.

KINGSTON ARRIVAL DETAILS
KT1 and KT2 cover different destination points. If you are travelling on to a station, name the station rather than just the postcode district; Kingston and Hampton Wick are distinct stations in KT1, while Norbiton is in KT2. Tell us about any walking or access needs. Check National Rail for the applicable platform directions and current assistance or lift information.

You can request meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge; airport parking is payable separately. Otherwise, a pickup place is arranged before or just after your flight arrives. Give the office your flight and terminal so it can advise on the meeting option.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements; include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage needs. Agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are held up, so the driver can enter the terminal later and help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, however; later entry does not mean unlimited free waiting. Agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. We can arrange the transfer to your home, hotel or another Kingston destination. Give the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details, and include any additional stops in your quote request.
Contact the office with the new flight details: the same booking can move to the new flight without a change charge. If the journey itself changes, such as arrival at a different airport, the office must accept the change and may provide a revised quote.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
