Heathrow parking is separate from the fare, at Heathrow’s own price. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay the driver if they pay it. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; ask the office about these when booking.

Give us your flight number and terminal when booking. The office checks the flight against its arrival before dispatch; the driver tracks it once the job has been assigned. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Request meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge, and ask for a name board if you would like one. Otherwise, agree a pickup place with the office before or around arrival. Parking remains separate.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. Tell the office or driver about immigration, baggage or runway delays so entry can be delayed to help keep parking costs down.

MORTLAKE ARRIVAL DETAILS
Give the full home, hotel or venue address and postcode, plus the entrance or any access notes, rather than just the area name. Mention steps, a narrow approach or heavy cases so the office can discuss a practical drop-off.
If you need guidance to the car or help loading ordinary bags, tell the office when arranging your journey. This help can be arranged without charge.

Ask for meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge, or agree another pickup place with the office before or around arrival. You can request a name board; airport parking is payable separately. If you cannot find your driver, contact our 24-hour office for help.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office about large cases, cabin bags, pushchairs and unusual items so it can agree a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements, and ask about the charge. Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space for your party.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver about the delay so the driver can enter the terminal later and help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting; it is not unlimited free waiting. Ask the office about the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. The transfer can finish at your home, hotel or another agreed destination. Give the full address, postcode and relevant entrance or access details, and include any additional stops in your enquiry.
Your booking can move to the new flight free of charge. Contact the office with the new flight details; if the change means a different airport or destination, the office must agree the revised journey and any change to the fare.
