Heathrow parking is separate from the fare, at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal car park pay station on the way out, or repay the driver if they paid; it is only rarely added to a card payment. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; agree these when booking.
ARRIVAL PLAN
We check your flight and help arrange a meeting that suits your arrival. Tell us your destination and any practical requirements when you enquire.
Give us your flight number, terminal and arrival date. The office checks the flight before dispatch and the driver tracks it afterwards. Request meet and greet inside arrivals, or arrange another pickup place before or around arrival; ask for a name board if useful. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you would prefer later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or your driver so entry can be delayed to help keep parking costs down. Waiting outside is still waiting.
Give the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details. If you are heading to a station, name it explicitly: Putney, East Putney and Putney Bridge are different destinations.
Choose for your whole party Tell us the passenger count and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can help agree a suitable vehicle for the combined load.

If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help. Heathrow also provides free Wi-Fi inside its terminals.
Choose for passengers and bags together. An estate offers more luggage space to consider than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Give us the number and sizes of cabin bags and large cases, as well as pushchairs or unusual items, so we can agree a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Tell the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight and seat needs; agree the seat and any charge before travel.
Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space for your party.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed, including by a runway hold. The driver can enter later to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, and later entry does not mean unlimited free waiting; agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give us the full destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Include additional stops so they can be agreed as part of the journey.
Contact the office with your new flight details. A cancelled or diverted flight moves the same booking to the new flight free of charge. If the airport or destination changes, the new journey needs office acceptance and may need a revised quote.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. For a time-critical change, contact the office and ensure your request is acknowledged; a material change also needs acceptance and confirmation.
