Your fare is quoted for the journey from your Heathrow terminal to your exact Richmond destination, taking account of your date, vehicle and journey details. Heathrow parking is separate from the fare, at Heathrow’s own price.
Normally you pay at the terminal pay station on exit, or repay the driver if they have paid. On rare occasions parking may be added to a card payment.
YOUR HEATHROW ARRIVAL
We can arrange your meeting and onward journey around your flight and destination.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight before dispatch, and your driver tracks it after assignment. Request a meeting inside arrivals and a name board, or agree another pickup place with us before or around arrival. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
The usual plan is for the driver to park and enter the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you want a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or an aircraft delay holds you up, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting and may be chargeable.
Tell us the full home, hotel or venue address and any entrance or access details, so the driver knows where your journey should finish.
Another option from Terminals 4 and 5 TfL route 490 connects Heathrow Terminals 4 and 5 with Richmond via Hatton Cross and Feltham. Check the Richmond-bound stop and departure, and allow for a final walk or local connection to your TW9 or TW10 address. Private hire takes you to your agreed door with your luggage.

ARRIVING IN RICHMOND
A TW9 or TW10 postcode alone does not identify your door. Give the exact address and entrance or access details; Richmond station and North Sheen are separate destinations. A TW10 address may need a further walk or local connection if you travel by public transport.

Request meet and greet inside arrivals, with a name board, at no extra service charge. Airport parking is separate. Otherwise, the office can advise on the meeting option and agree a pickup place with you before or around arrival.
Choose the vehicle for passengers and luggage together. An estate gives you a different luggage arrangement from a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one when booking, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight and seat needs; include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage requirements. Agree the arrangement and applicable cost before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are held up. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs, but time spent waiting outside is still waiting. Waiting may be chargeable; agree the applicable terms when booking.
Yes. Your transfer can finish at your Richmond home, hotel or another agreed destination. Give the full address, postcode and entrance or access details with your quote request, and include any additional stops.
Your booking can move to the new flight without a change charge. Contact the office with the new flight details. If the airport or destination changes, the office must agree the revised journey and any change to the fare.
