Your quote covers the journey from your Heathrow terminal to your Southfields destination, with the vehicle and any extras agreed for your trip. Heathrow terminal parking is separate from the fare, and waiting is subject to the applicable terms.

YOUR HEATHROW COLLECTION
Our office helps arrange your collection and stays available around the clock if you need help finding your driver.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight against its arrival before dispatch, and your driver tracks it once assigned. Request meet and greet inside arrivals or a name board; otherwise, a pickup place is arranged before or around your arrival. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you would prefer later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or your driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs.
Tell us the full address and postcode, along with the entrance, access instructions and any extra stops. That helps the driver take you to the right place after Heathrow.
Heathrow parking is separate Pay Heathrow terminal parking at the pay station on the way out, at Heathrow’s rate, or repay your driver if they pay it for you. It is separate from the transfer fare; on rare occasions it may be added to a card payment.

SOUTHFIELDS ARRIVAL
Southfields addresses can use SW18 or SW19, so the exact postcode helps identify the end of your Heathrow journey. Southfields Underground Station and Wimbledon Park Station are separate destinations with different road addresses.

Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers a different luggage arrangement from a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space.
Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items, so it can agree a suitable vehicle.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Tell the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs, and agree the arrangement and price before travel.
Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space for your party.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver about the delay so the driver can enter the terminal later and help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, so agree the applicable waiting terms when booking; it is not unlimited free waiting.
Yes. Your Heathrow transfer can finish at your Southfields home, hotel or another agreed address. Give the full address, postcode and entrance or access details when requesting your quote, and include any additional stops.
Your booking can move to the new flight without a change charge. Contact the office with the new flight details so the revised arrangements can be confirmed. If the airport or journey changes, the revised journey and fare need to be agreed.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and luggage needs when arranging the journey.
If you need an additional escort inside a building, the office can agree the task and any cost with you.
