Heathrow parking is separate from the fare and charged at the airport’s price. Pay at the terminal pay station, or repay the driver if they pay for you. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; ask the office about those terms when booking.

Give us your flight number and terminal so we can coordinate your pickup. The office checks your flight before dispatch, and your driver tracks it once assigned. Meeting options vary by terminal: ask the office about a name board or meet and greet, or agree another pickup place before or around arrival. The driver normally parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you would prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs.
Give the full Streatham address and postcode, with the building, entrance or access details that will help your driver find the right drop-off.

Ask for meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge; airport parking is payable separately. Give the office your flight number and terminal, and request a name board if you need one. Alternatively, the office can advise on a pickup place and arrange it with you before or around arrival.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon, while an MPV adds passenger seats but using them can reduce luggage space. Tell the office how many large cases and cabin bags you have, along with any pushchair or unusual items, so it can help confirm a suitable vehicle.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat, a child seat and a booster; give the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight, and seat needs. Include the seat and any pushchair in your space requirements, and agree the arrangement and price before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge applies after dispatch, and the full fare applies once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, so later entry does not mean unlimited free waiting; agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give the full destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Include any additional stops so they can be agreed as part of the journey.
Your booking can move to your new flight without a charge for the flight change. Contact the office with the new details. If your airport or destination changes, the office must accept the revised journey and may provide a new quote.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need, including boarding requirements and any accompanying carer. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair would travel as luggage where suitable.
