ARRIVAL AT HEATHROW

Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Confirm the cost with the office.
Tell us the child’s age, relevant height and weight, and seat needs. Baby, child and booster seats can be requested; include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space for your party.
Cancellation is free before the driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch or at late notice, so contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you know. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs.
Waiting outside is still waiting, not unlimited free waiting. Ask the office about the applicable waiting terms when booking.
