If your arrival takes longer For a terminal collection, the driver normally parks and enters 20 minutes after landing. If you expect to need longer, arrange a later entry before pickup. If you are held up on the runway, at immigration or collecting bags, tell the office or your driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting; agree the applicable terms when booking.

How do I find my driver at Heathrow?
Request meet and greet inside Arrivals at no extra service charge, or arrange another pickup place with the office before or around landing. Give us your flight number and terminal so we can advise on the meeting option; ask for a name board if useful. Heathrow parking is separate from the fare.
If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help. Heathrow provides free Wi-Fi inside its terminals.
Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space.
Tell the office how many large cases and cabin bags you have and their sizes, as well as any pushchairs or unusual items. We can help agree a suitable vehicle rather than relying on passenger capacity alone.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Baby, child and booster seats can be requested; tell the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs so the arrangement and any charge can be agreed before travel.
Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing the space needed for your party.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
What if immigration or baggage takes longer?
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you know you are delayed. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside still counts as waiting, so agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Can the journey finish at my home or hotel?
Yes. Your Heathrow transfer can finish at your home, hotel or another Tooting address. Give the full address and postcode, plus any entrance or access details, and include additional stops when requesting your quote.
What if my flight is cancelled or diverted?
Your booking can move to the new flight without a charge for the flight change. Contact the office with the new details so the collection can be rearranged. If your destination or airport also changes, the office must accept the changed journey and may provide a revised quote.
