Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks your flight against its arrival before dispatch, and your driver tracks it after assignment. We can advise on meeting options; request a name board if helpful. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you want a later entry, arrange it before pickup. Tell the office or driver if immigration, bags or a runway hold delays you: later entry can help keep parking costs down, although waiting can still be chargeable.
Give us the full home, hotel or other destination address and postcode, plus any preferred entrance, gate or access instructions. Include additional stops so the office can price and plan the complete journey.

Otherwise, the office will arrange a pickup place with you before or just after your flight arrives. Give us your flight and terminal so we can advise on the meeting option, and contact the office if you and your driver have trouble finding each other.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child's age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements; include the seat and any pushchair in your space requirements. Agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs, but time spent waiting outside is still waiting. Waiting can be chargeable, so agree the applicable terms when booking.
Yes. We can take you from Heathrow to your home, hotel or another Whitton address. Give the full address and postcode, any entrance or access details and any additional stops when requesting your quote.
Contact the office with your new flight details. Your existing booking can move to the new flight free of charge. If the change also means a different airport or destination, the new journey needs office acceptance and a revised quote where appropriate.
