Heathrow parking is separate from the fare. Pay Heathrow’s car-park charge at the terminal pay station, or repay your driver if they pay it for you. Waiting may also be chargeable; agree the applicable terms when booking.
ARRIVING AT HEATHROW

Give us your flight number, terminal and arrival date. The office checks the flight before dispatch; your driver tracks it once the job has been assigned to them. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Request meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge, or arrange another pickup place with the office before or around your arrival. Parking remains separate. Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing; if you want a later entry, arrange it before pickup.
Give the full home, hotel or station address, postcode and any entrance or access details. Include any extra stops so the office can quote for the complete journey.
If immigration or bags take longer Tell the office or your driver if immigration, baggage or a runway delay holds you up. The driver can enter the terminal later to help keep parking costs down. Time spent waiting outside is still waiting, so agree the applicable terms when booking.

Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; confirm the arrangement and any charge before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch, so contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you can. The driver can delay entering the terminal to help limit parking costs, but waiting outside is still waiting and is not unlimited or automatically free. Agree the waiting terms when booking.
Yes. The transfer can finish at your home or hotel. Give the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote, and include any additional stops.
Contact the office with your new flight details. Your booking can move to the new flight without a change charge. If the new journey involves a different airport or destination, the office will need to agree the change and any revised fare.
