YOUR DESTINATION
Find the right East Sheen destination
East Sheen Library is on Sheen Lane, London, SW14 8LP; Mortlake station is also on Sheen Lane, at SW14 8LN. They are different points, so give your full home, hotel or office address rather than a station name alone.
For a rail comparison, Mortlake is served by South Western Railway and classed step-free category B1. Station guidance describes platform interchange by footbridge or road level crossing; consider your luggage and the remaining connection to your address. The station is not a default private hire destination.

Can the car take me to my home or hotel?
Yes. Your pre-booked journey can take you to your East Sheen home, hotel or office. Give the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops; a station mentioned as a public transport alternative is not your default destination.
How do I choose a vehicle for my passengers and luggage?
Choose for the whole party and its combined luggage, not the seats alone. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV suits a larger party. Executive, Mini Van and Luxury options are also shown, with the latter two available by enquiry.
Give the office the passenger count and the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
When is my transfer confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. You can request a quote through the form or call the office on 020 8870 8888; no app installation is required.
Can I arrange help with bags or a folding wheelchair?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, the office will agree the arrangements and any cost with you.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage in a suitable vehicle; please discuss boarding and the rest of your luggage with the office.
