Agree where and how to meet and how to contact each other when you arrive. London City Airport lists a separate paid Pick Up zone; a forecourt drop-off is not permission to wait for an arriving passenger. If you and your driver cannot find each other, the office can help.
Give your full home, hotel or office address and postcode, the relevant entrance and any extra stop. The office can help agree the journey rather than using a station as a stand-in.
DLR from London City Airport London City Airport has its own DLR station. Connections include Canning Town, Stratford, West Ham and Woolwich Arsenal. Custom House is an Elizabeth line interchange, not the airport terminal, and requires a further connection. Check the route and changes for your travel date, including the final journey to Mortlake.

MORTLAKE ADDRESS DETAILS
Mortlake station is at Sheen Lane, Mortlake, Greater London, SW14 8LN. If you are going to a home, hotel or office instead, give its own address and entrance rather than using the station as a stand-in.
Mortlake Crematorium has a different postcode despite its name: Kew Meadow Path, Richmond, TW9 4EN. If that is your destination, include the full address so the office can identify it correctly.

Yes. Arrange your transfer to your home, hotel, office or another booked destination. Give the full address and postcode, relevant entrance and any additional stops; a station is not the default destination.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle needs to suit the whole party and its luggage together, not just the number of seats.
An estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Discuss the complete load with the office before choosing.
Contact the office if your arrival plans change so it can discuss the collection with you. Airport waiting may be chargeable, and parking is separate from the KB Cars fare; ask the office about the applicable charges and conditions for your booking.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver and meeting point. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any charge with the office.
