We can take you to your home, hotel or office. Include the entrance and any extra stop so the driver has the right destination, rather than a nearby station used as shorthand.
Comparing public transport? London City Airport has its own DLR station. Airport-end connections include Canning Town, Stratford, West Ham and Woolwich Arsenal. Custom House is an Elizabeth line interchange, not the airport terminal. Use TfL journey planning for your travel date and plan the onward changes to Putney with your luggage.

THE PUTNEY ADDRESS
Choose the right Putney address
Putney rail station is on High Street, SW15 1RT, and South Western Railway is listed there. East Putney Underground is a separate station on Upper Richmond Road, SW15 2SZ. If either is your destination, specify which one; otherwise give your actual address.
Putney Bridge Underground is at Station Approach, SW6 3UH, across the river from those SW15 stations. For an address near that side of the river, the full postcode and entrance help us quote the intended drop-off.

Can the car take me to my home or hotel?
Yes. You can book a drop-off at your home, hotel or office. Give us the full address, postcode and entrance, plus any additional stops; a station mentioned as a public transport alternative is not your default destination.
What luggage details should I provide?
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags. Include pushchairs, folding wheelchairs and other large or unusual items so the office can help choose a vehicle for the complete party and load.
Can I arrange help getting to the car?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; required disability assistance is not dependent on advance notice.
If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair would travel as luggage where suitable.
