London City Airport has a separate paid Pick Up zone. Agree your meeting point with the office; the forecourt drop-off is not a place to wait for an arriving passenger. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help.

RICHMOND · TW9 & TW10
Richmond station and North Sheen are different destinations. North Sheen station is on Manor Road, Richmond, TW9 4QA, and is listed with South Western Railway. If you are travelling beyond a station, give us your full home, hotel or office address.
A TW10 destination needs its own final approach. A station is not a substitute for your door: include the exact postcode and entrance for your transfer, or allow for the onward walk or bus when comparing public transport.
For public transport, start at London City Airport DLR station. The airport guide identifies connections via Canning Town, Stratford, West Ham and Woolwich Arsenal. Custom House is an Elizabeth line interchange, not the airport terminal. Use TfL’s planner for your complete journey, timetable and accessibility information.

Yes. Book your Richmond home, hotel or office as the destination, with its full address, postcode and entrance. Include any additional stops when you enquire; stations mentioned in public-transport comparisons are alternatives, not your default destination.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not the seats alone. Tell the office how many passengers are travelling, the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, and whether you have a pushchair, folding wheelchair or other unusual item.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can accommodate a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry. The office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Agree the meeting point with the office when arranging your journey. The airport has a separate paid Pick Up zone; the forecourt drop-off is not permission to wait for an arriving passenger. If you cannot find your driver, our office can help coordinate.
Not necessarily. Parking and waiting can be chargeable, and airport tariffs are separate from your KB Cars fare. Ask the office to explain the total and the applicable charges and inclusions for your collection.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office about your needs so it can coordinate suitable help; an optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed with you.
KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage in a suitable vehicle; this is not travel seated in a wheelchair.
