Your fare is quoted for the journey from London City Airport to your actual Tooting address, taking account of your travel date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Ask the office what is included and how airport waiting and parking would be charged.
ARRIVAL TO ADDRESS
Agree the handover before you travel, so you know how to find your driver and where the journey ends.
Give the office your arriving flight number and date so your collection can be planned around your arrival. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Arrange the meeting point and contact details with KB Cars before travel. London City Airport has a separate paid Pick Up zone; a forecourt drop-off does not give a vehicle permission to wait there. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help.
Specify your home, hotel or office entrance and any extra stops. The different Tooting stations are not substitutes for your booked address.
Taking the DLR instead? London City Airport has its own DLR station. Canning Town, Stratford, West Ham and Woolwich Arsenal are DLR interchange connections; Custom House is an Elizabeth line interchange, not the airport terminal. Use TfL journey planning for your travel date and plan the onward connection and walk to your Tooting address.

TOOTING (SW17)
Tooting Broadway Underground station is on Tooting High Street (SW17 0SU), Tooting Bec Underground station is on Balham High Road (SW17 9AH), and Tooting railway station is on London Road (SW17 9JR). They are different places.
If comparing public transport after landing, choose the station that suits your destination and plan the remaining walk or local connection. For a private hire journey, give the actual destination entrance instead.

Yes. Book your journey to your Tooting home, hotel or office, rather than treating a station as the default destination. Give the full address and postcode, the entrance and any additional stops.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, together with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the whole party and its combined load, not just the number of seats.
A saloon is a starting point for lighter loads; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can suit a larger party. Discuss larger groups with the office, including their luggage.
Airport waiting may be chargeable, and parking is separate from waiting. Ask the office to confirm what is included and the charges that apply to your collection.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars accepts it and sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation of a car.
