ARRIVING AT LCY
Agree the meeting and onward journey with our office before you travel.
Give us your flight number, travel date and expected arrival so the office can discuss your collection around your flight. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Agree where and how to meet with the office. London City lists a separate paid Pick Up zone; the forecourt drop-off area is not permission to wait for an arriving passenger. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help.
Give the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, including the entrance and any extra stops. If your destination is a station, name it explicitly: Wimbledon and South Wimbledon are different locations.

THE LAST MILE
A full address and postcode helps us take you to the right door. Wimbledon Rail and Underground stations share The Broadway, SW19 7NL; South Wimbledon is a separate station on High St, SW19 1DE. Name the station only if it is your actual destination.
For public transport, London City Airport has its own DLR station, with interchange connections including Canning Town, Stratford, West Ham and Woolwich Arsenal. Custom House is an Elizabeth line interchange, not the airport terminal. Use TfL journey planning for your travel date and plan the onward journey to your SW19 destination separately.

Yes. Book your home, hotel or office as the destination, giving the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops. A station is an alternative destination, not the default for your private-hire journey.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can suit a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry.
Tell the office the passenger count and the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can discuss a suitable arrangement.
Waiting can be chargeable, and parking may be an additional cost. Ask the office what is included in your quote and what charges apply to your arrangement; airport parking tariffs are not the same as the KB fare.
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable driver can attend.
If you need an escort inside a building, the office can discuss the task and agree any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable.
