ARRIVING AT LUTON

Agree the meeting and contact arrangements with KB Cars before travel. Luton’s paid Pick Up/Drop Off Zone is an airport facility, not a default KB Cars meeting point. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help.
Give us your full home, hotel or office address and postcode, plus any access details or extra stops. For a station destination, agree the entrance or meeting arrangement.

DESTINATION AND RAIL
A full address and postcode identifies your actual Battersea destination. If you mean Clapham Junction Rail Station, name the station rather than Clapham Common: its address is St John's Hill, Clapham, Greater London, SW11 2QP. Agree an entrance or meeting arrangement for a station journey.
For a rail alternative, Luton Airport Parkway is separate from the terminal; the DART connects the two. Allow for that interchange and the onward journey to your Battersea address.

Choose for the passengers and luggage together, not the seats alone. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; consider an estate for more luggage or an MPV for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are by enquiry.

Waiting can be chargeable, and airport parking charges are separate from the KB Cars fare. Ask the office about the applicable arrangements and costs when requesting your quote; the meeting point is agreed separately.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car.
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver and meeting point.
An escort inside a building is a separate arrangement; the office can discuss the task and any agreed cost. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
