Prepayment may be requested for a collection outside London. The office can explain the total and conditions before you accept the booking.
ARRIVING AT LUTON
Agree the details with our office before you travel, so your driver and destination are clear.
Share your arrival date and flight number so we can coordinate your airport pickup. Tell us the number of passengers and their luggage, and mention any unusual items or assistance needs so we can discuss a suitable arrangement. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Agree your airport meeting point with the office before travelling. Luton Airport Parkway is separate from the terminal and connected by the DART; the airport's paid Pick Up/Drop Off Zone is a separate facility. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help.

CLAPHAM (SW4)
Clapham Common, Clapham North and Clapham High Street are separate SW4 points; Clapham Junction is a separate SW11 station. A full address and postcode, rather than just a station name, identifies your actual destination.
For a public-transport alternative, take the DART from the terminal to Luton Airport Parkway, then a Thameslink train towards London or the East Midlands Railway Luton Airport Express to St Pancras. Thameslink serves St Pancras, Farringdon, City Thameslink, Blackfriars and London Bridge. Select Luton Airport (LUA) for a combined rail-and-DART ticket, and plan your onward connection to Clapham, including luggage and any walk.

Yes. Book your actual home, hotel or office address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops. A station is a public-transport alternative, not the default destination for your private-hire car.
Choose a vehicle for the combined passenger and luggage load, not just the number of seats. Tell the office the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item; we can help you choose a suitable arrangement.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made; if you need an additional escort inside a building, the office can agree the task and any cost with you.
