Tell us how many people and bags are travelling, including pushchairs or unusual items. Ask the office about the applicable waiting and airport parking charges and what is included in your quote. Prepayment may be requested for a collection outside London. Public-transport tickets are separate.

Give the office your airline and flight number so we can coordinate your collection. If your flight or arrival plans change, contact the office; for a time-critical change, call if your message has not been acknowledged. A requested change is not agreed until the office accepts it. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Ask the office which meeting and contact arrangement applies to your booking. Luton's paid Pick Up/Drop Off Zone is a separate airport facility, not a confirmed KB meeting point. If you and your driver cannot find each other, the office can help.
Give the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, including the entrance and any extra stop, so the onward journey is arranged for the right place.
Alternative: rail via Luton Airport Parkway From the terminal, take the DART to Luton Airport Parkway for Thameslink or East Midlands Railway services. For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, the airport advises selecting Luton Airport (LUA), rather than Parkway. Check the mainline service for your travel date and plan your onward journey from London to Fulham.

YOUR FULHAM DESTINATION
Fulham Broadway (SW6 1BY), Parsons Green (SW6 4HS) and Putney Bridge (SW6 3UH) are different District-line stations. Imperial Wharf is a separate rail station on Townmead Road, SW6 2ZH.
These names can help you plan a public-transport journey, but your private-hire transfer is arranged to the address you book. Give the full destination and entrance, whether it is near one of these stations or elsewhere in Fulham.

Yes. Arrange the transfer to your full home, hotel or office address and postcode in Fulham. Include the entrance and any additional stops; a station named in a public-transport comparison is not your default destination.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. Seats and luggage space need to work together, so the office can help confirm a suitable vehicle for the whole party.
Ask the office what is included in your quote and how waiting and parking will be charged for your collection. Airport waiting can be chargeable, and parking is a separate cost to clarify when arranging the journey.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed in advance. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
