Airport parking and access charges are separate from the journey fare, and waiting may be chargeable. Ask the office to explain the total, inclusions and any applicable waiting or parking costs before you book. Prepayment may be required for a collection outside London.

Agree the collection with our office and travel on to your booked Mortlake address.
Give us your arrival date, time and flight number, along with your contact details, so we can coordinate your pickup. If your plans change, contact the office to discuss and agree any revised collection or charge. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Agree your meeting point with the office rather than assuming a terminal pickup. Luton's paid Pick Up/Drop Off Zone is a short walk from the terminal; the airport directs drivers to follow the signs before the tunnel. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help.
Give the full home, hotel or venue address and postcode, plus the relevant entrance and any extra stops. This makes the onward journey specific to the place you need.
Considering the train instead? The DART connects the terminal with Luton Airport Parkway, where you can join Thameslink or East Midlands Railway. For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, select Luton Airport (LUA), not Parkway alone. You will still need to plan the connection to Mortlake and the final walk with your luggage.

ARRIVING IN SW14
Mortlake station is on Sheen Lane, SW14 8LN. Mortlake Crematorium is a separate venue at Kew Meadow Path, Richmond, TW9 4EN. If either is your destination, give its full address; otherwise provide the address of your home, hotel or venue.
Mortlake station is served by South Western Railway and National Rail classifies it as step-free category B1. For a station journey, check the applicable platform access and assistance information. If you have heavy luggage or mobility needs, tell our office about your destination entrance and the help you need.

Yes. Book your full home, hotel or venue address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops. Your destination is the address you book, not the station unless you choose it.
Tell us the number of passengers and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle needs to suit the combined party and load, not just the number of seats.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can suit a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry. Discuss the full load with the office before choosing.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; advance notice helps us coordinate.
If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation of a car.
