Your journey, your quote
Your quote is based on the journey, including the exact destination, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Tell us your flight number, passenger count and luggage when you enquire; our office can help you choose a suitable car.
Ask the office to explain the total and any parking, waiting or other charges that apply. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy; prepayment may be requested for an airport collection outside London. Public transport tickets are separate from your KB Cars quote.
Your arrival plan
Agree the collection and destination with our office before you travel.
Share your flight number and arrival date, along with a contact number, so the office can arrange your collection. Let us know if your plans change. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Agree the meeting arrangements with the office. If these use Luton’s paid Pick Up/Drop Off Zone, it is a short walk from the terminal. Tell us about any help you need: we can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If the walk is unsuitable, discuss an alternative with the office, which can also help if you and your driver cannot find each other.
Give the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, plus the entrance or access details where useful. Paddington, Bayswater and Queensway stations are separate points, so a station name alone may not identify your destination.
Considering rail from Luton? Luton Airport Parkway is separate from the terminal; the DART connects the two. For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, select Luton Airport (LUA), rather than Parkway alone. Thameslink and Luton Airport Express connect Parkway with St Pancras. You will also need to plan the onward connection from there to your Paddington or Bayswater address.

Your onward address
London Paddington station is on Praed Street, W2 1HQ; Bayswater station is on Queensway, W2 4RH; and Queensway station is on Bayswater Road, W2 4SS. They are separate planning points, not interchangeable destinations.
A hotel or home near Bayswater or Queensway may need a different onward connection or walking leg from one near Paddington. For your private hire journey, book the exact address and entrance rather than relying on a nearby station name.

Yes. Book your full home, hotel or office address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops. A nearby station is a public transport reference, not the default destination for your car.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The car must suit the whole party and its combined load.
A saloon is a starting point for lighter luggage; consider an estate for more bags or an MPV for a larger party. Ask the office about the right arrangement, including Mini Van or Luxury options by enquiry.
Contact the office as soon as you know. The booker or an authorised contact should request any material change, and the office will discuss the arrangement and any revised charge.
A request or acknowledgment is not acceptance of the change. If a time-critical message has not been acknowledged, call the office on 020 8870 8888.

An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
