Airport tariffs or transport charges are separate from the KB Cars fare. Waiting can also be chargeable; ask the office about airport-end costs and the total for your collection. Prepayment may be requested for a collection outside London.
Your arrival plan
Agree the airport meeting arrangements with our office before you travel, so you know how to find your driver and continue to your destination.
Give us your flight number and arrival date so we can plan your pickup. If your plans change, contact the office to request an update; a material change needs acceptance and may affect the quote. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
The office will agree the meeting arrangements for your booking. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact the office for help; do not assume an airport facility is the agreed private-hire meeting point.
Give the full home, hotel or office address and the relevant entrance or access details. Tell us about any additional stops so they can be included in the arrangement.
Considering rail from Luton? Luton Airport Parkway is separate from the terminal, with the DART linking the two. For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, select Luton Airport (LUA), rather than Parkway alone. Thameslink serves Parkway via St Pancras, Farringdon, Blackfriars and London Bridge. DART runs around the clock, but connecting trains may not; check services for your journey and plan the final leg to Putney.

Putney and SW15
Putney rail station and East Putney Underground are different destinations. Putney station is on High Street, SW15 1RT, and is served by South Western Railway; East Putney Underground is on Upper Richmond Road, SW15 2SZ. If your destination is a station, specify which one.
Putney Bridge Underground has an SW6 address on the other side of the river. For a home, hotel or office, give the actual address and entrance rather than relying on the area name.

Yes. Book to your full home, hotel or office address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops. Stations mentioned as public-transport alternatives are not the default destination for your private hire journey.
Give us the passenger count alongside the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items. The office can help choose a vehicle for the whole party and its combined load.
Agree the meeting arrangements with the KB Cars office for your booking. If you cannot find each other on arrival, contact the office for help. Ask about applicable airport parking and waiting costs when arranging the collection.
Request a quote through the contact page or call 020 8870 8888. No app installation is needed. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car: your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so travel seated in a wheelchair is not available.
