Agree where to meet and where you are going before you travel. Our office can help if you and your driver cannot find each other.
Include your flight number and arrival date and time in your request so the office can plan your airport collection. Contact the office if your travel plans change. Agree your meeting point with KB Cars before travel. Luton’s paid Pick Up/Drop Off Zone is a short walk from the terminal, but it is not automatically your agreed KB meeting point. Follow the airport signs and call our office on 020 8870 8888 if you need help finding your driver.
Name your home, hotel or office, with the full address and postcode. Include the entrance and any extra stop so the driver can take you to the right place.
Comparing the train? Start with the DART The DART links the terminal with Luton Airport Parkway and runs around the clock, but not every connecting mainline service runs at every hour. Thameslink and East Midlands Railway connect Parkway with London. For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, select Luton Airport (LUA), not Parkway alone. Plan the London-side change, Richmond leg, walking and luggage for your journey.

RICHMOND DESTINATIONS
Richmond rail and Underground stations share The Quadrant, TW9 1DN. North Sheen station is on Manor Road, Richmond, TW9 4QA, and is served by South Western Railway. They are different points, so use the actual address rather than a station name as a substitute.
For a home or hotel in TW10, give the full address and entrance. If comparing public transport, allow for the onward walk or interchange to your destination; North Sheen is classified as step-free category C.

Yes. Book your actual home, hotel or office address in Richmond, including the postcode, entrance and any additional stops. The stations in the public-transport comparison are alternatives, not your default destination.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and size of your suitcases and cabin bags, together with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the combined party and load, not just the number of seats.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; consider an estate for more luggage or an MPV for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver and meeting point. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge.
If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance. Give the office the child’s age, relevant height, weight and seat requirements so it can confirm availability, suitability and the charge.
