Luton's paid Pick Up/Drop Off Zone is a short walk from the terminal. Confirm your booking's meeting point and parking arrangements with KB Cars; if you and your driver cannot find each other, our office can help.

DESTINATION AND RAIL ALTERNATIVES
Earlsfield and Wandsworth Town are separate stations. For private hire, use your actual home, hotel or office address rather than a station name unless the station is your destination.
If comparing rail, the DART connects the terminal with Luton Airport Parkway. From Parkway, Thameslink serves London stations including St Pancras and London Bridge; East Midlands Railway's Luton Airport Express goes to St Pancras. Plan the onward London-to-Wandsworth leg and any walk with luggage separately.
For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, select Luton Airport (LUA), not Luton Airport Parkway alone. Check the separate DART and mainline schedules for your travel date.

A saloon is a starting point for lighter loads; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can suit a larger party. Discuss mini van or luxury requirements with the office.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
The booker or an authorised contact can ask the office to change a confirmed booking. Agree the revised arrangements and any charge with us; KB will confirm an accepted change. For a time-critical change, call if your message has not been acknowledged. Acknowledgement of a request does not itself mean the change has been accepted.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed for the task.
