Provide the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, the entrance and any extra stops. If walking to the meeting point is difficult, tell the office so you can agree a workable arrangement.
Alternatively: DART and rail Luton Airport Parkway is separate from the terminal; the DART connects the two. From Parkway, Thameslink serves St Pancras, Farringdon, City Thameslink, Blackfriars and London Bridge; East Midlands Railway links Parkway and St Pancras. Plan your onward connection to Wimbledon and allow for your luggage. For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, the airport advises choosing Luton Airport (LUA); a Parkway-only ticket is a different product.

Choose the right Wimbledon address
Wimbledon Rail Station and Wimbledon Underground Station are both listed at The Broadway, SW19 7NL. Use that address only if the station is your actual destination.
South Wimbledon Underground Station is a different stop on High St, SW19 1DE. For a home, hotel or office elsewhere in SW19, give its full address and postcode instead.

Can the car take me to my home or hotel?
Yes. Your private-hire journey can take you to your booked home, hotel or office address. Give the full address and postcode, entrance and any extra stops; a station is not the default destination.
What luggage details should I provide?
Tell us the passenger count and the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags together, including any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the whole party and load, not just the number of seats; the office can help confirm a suitable arrangement.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Contact the office about a delay so it can discuss your collection arrangements. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy; ask the office how waiting and airport parking costs apply to your booking.
Can I get help with my bags or getting to the car?
Yes. KB Cars can arrange guidance to the car and help loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office about your needs so suitable help and a workable meeting point can be arranged. An escort inside a building is a separate arrangement and may be free or carry a charge agreed for the task. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
When is my transfer confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation. You can contact the office on 020 8870 8888 or by email at [email protected]; no app installation is required.
