A private-hire transfer starts at your booked address. For public transport, Vauxhall Underground Station is on Wandsworth Road, SW8 2LG; Nine Elms Underground Station is a separate station on Wandsworth Road, SW8 2GE.
Pre-book from home
Arrange your pickup and terminal drop-off with KB Cars, with a vehicle chosen for your passengers and luggage. Our office is available around the clock to help with arrangements; no app installation is required.
Travel from a station
Public transport is an alternative to a home pickup. Allow for getting to the station and handling your luggage during the journey and any changes.
Need assistance? Tell our office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free; KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. If you need an escort inside a building, we can agree the arrangement and any cost with you. For airport assistance, Heathrow asks passengers to arrange it through their airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.

Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon, while an MPV adds passenger seats but using them can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one when you book, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat, a child seat and a booster. Tell the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs, and agree the arrangement and price before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown for your individual flight by your airline. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Pickup is arranged from your booked Nine Elms address. The local stations mentioned above are public transport alternatives, not the default pickup point.
