Agree the meeting point and how you will contact each other after landing. Southend's Express Pick-up and Drop-off is a charged short-stop facility opposite the terminal; other paid parking is also available. Discuss the arrangement with the office rather than assuming a particular pickup point.
Give the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, the relevant entrance and any extra stops. The office can arrange the journey to the place you actually need.
Rail from Southend Airport Southend Airport station is opposite the terminal, connected by a covered walkway; it is not Southend Central or Southend Victoria. Airport guidance lists London Liverpool Street and Stratford connections, with Elizabeth line interchanges at Shenfield. Plan your travel-date service, interchange and onward journey to Battersea with your luggage.

Battersea and SW11 cover different destination points. A full address, postcode and entrance help the office arrange your onward journey accurately.
For Clapham Junction Rail Station, use its full identity and address: St John's Hill, Clapham, Greater London, SW11 2QP. It is not Clapham Common. If you need a station transfer, agree the entrance and meeting arrangement when booking.

Yes. Your private hire journey can take you to your home, hotel or office. Give the full address and postcode, the entrance and any additional stops when booking.
Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags alongside your passenger count, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the combined party and load, not just the number of seats. The office can help you choose between the saloon, estate, MPV and other options.
Contact the 24-hour office to discuss the revised arrival and collection. Any change needs to be agreed with the office. Waiting can be chargeable; ask about the applicable arrangement and any parking costs when you book.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask the office to arrange one in advance. Provide the relevant child and seat details so availability, suitability and the charge can be confirmed.
