Tell the office the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the complete load can be considered.
What happens if my flight or arrival is delayed?
Contact the office to discuss the change and your meeting arrangements. Waiting may be chargeable, and airport parking or access costs are separate from the KB fare; ask the office about the applicable terms and any revised charge.
Can I arrange help with bags or a child seat?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need: guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost separately.
You can bring a suitable child seat or ask the office to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Share the relevant child and seat details.
When is my transfer booked?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car.
