Ask the office where and how to meet your driver for your booking. Express Pick-up and Drop-off is opposite the terminal and is a charged short-stop facility; other paid airport parking is available. If you and the driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help.
Give the full address and postcode for your home, hotel or office, with the entrance and any extra stop. A nearby station can help identify the area but is not a substitute for the booked address.
Considering the train instead? Southend Airport station is opposite the terminal, linked by a covered walkway; it is not Southend Central or Southend Victoria. Airport rail guidance lists London Liverpool Street and Stratford connections, with Elizabeth line interchanges at Shenfield. You would still need to plan the onward connection, walking and luggage to your Fulham address.

YOUR FULHAM DESTINATION
Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green and Putney Bridge are separate District-line stations; Imperial Wharf is a separate rail station on Townmead Road. A station name can identify the part of SW6 you mean, but it does not identify your door.
For a home, hotel or office, include the entrance and any additional stop with the full address and postcode. If comparing rail, allow for the onward interchange, walking and luggage as well as the final address.

Yes. Your private hire journey can take you to your booked Fulham home, hotel or office address. Give us the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops; a nearby station can help identify the area but does not identify your destination.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the whole party and its luggage together, not just the number of seats.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; consider an estate for more luggage or an MPV for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are by enquiry. The office can help confirm a suitable arrangement.
Contact the office if your arrival plans change. Waiting can be chargeable, so ask the office about the applicable waiting terms and any parking or access charges when arranging your collection. The office can also help if you and your driver cannot find each other.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends its acceptance by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. If the booker or an authorised contact needs a change, contact the office to agree the revised arrangements and any charge; a request alone is not an accepted change.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. An accompanying carer also needs a passenger seat.
