Southend Airport’s Express Pick-up and Drop-off is opposite the terminal and is a charged short-stop facility. Discuss the meeting arrangement with the office and provide a contact number for your arrival. If you and your driver cannot find each other, our office can help.
We can take you to your booked home, hotel, office or other destination. Include the full address, postcode and entrance, and mention any additional stop.
Compare the train Southend Airport station is opposite the terminal, via a covered walkway. The airport lists London Liverpool Street and Stratford as connections, with Elizabeth line interchanges at Shenfield. You will need to plan the onward rail or Underground journey to Putney and any walk with luggage. Southend Central is a different station, not the terminal station.

PUTNEY (SW15)
Putney station and East Putney Underground are different destinations in SW15. Putney station is on High Street, SW15 1RT; East Putney Underground is on Upper Richmond Road, SW15 2SZ. If you need a station rather than a home, hotel or office, name the station explicitly.
Putney Bridge Underground is another separate station, across the river with a published SW6 address. Name it if it is your destination or part of your public-transport plan, and allow for any walk with luggage.

Yes. Your private hire journey can end at your booked home, hotel or office in Putney. Give the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops; the stations in the rail comparison are alternatives, not your default destination.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and size of your suitcases and cabin bags, together with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the whole party and its combined load. A saloon is a starting point for lighter luggage; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can be considered for a larger party. Discuss group and luxury requests with the office.
Agree the meeting arrangement with the office for your booking. The airport’s Express Pick-up and Drop-off is opposite the terminal and is a charged short-stop facility; it is not automatically your agreed meeting point. Provide a number on which you can be reached, and contact the office if you cannot find your driver.
Discuss both with the office when requesting your quote. Airport parking and short-stop charges are separate from the KB Cars fare, and waiting may be chargeable under the applicable policy. The office can explain the arrangements and applicable costs for your booking.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, and any cost will be agreed with you. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair must be carried as luggage where suitable.
