Waiting can be chargeable, and airport parking or pickup charges may apply. Ask the office which charges are included in your quote and what conditions apply. Prepayment may be requested for a collection outside London.
YOUR AIRPORT COLLECTION
Agree your collection and destination with our office before you travel.
Give us your arrival date, time and flight number, along with your full destination address and postcode. Tell us about any extra stops or assistance you need. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Discuss the meeting point and contact details with the office. Southend’s Express Pick-up and Drop-off is a charged short-stop facility opposite the terminal; it is not automatically the meeting point for your booking. If you and your driver cannot find each other, our office can help.
Give the home, hotel or office entrance as well as the address. Richmond station, North Sheen and a TW10 destination are different places, so a general Richmond label is not enough.
Comparing the train? Southend Airport station is opposite the terminal, linked by a covered walkway. Airport guidance lists London Liverpool Street and Stratford as connections, with an Elizabeth line interchange at Shenfield. Plan your changes and the final leg to your Richmond address, particularly if you have luggage.

YOUR RICHMOND DESTINATION
Richmond station and North Sheen are distinct points in TW9. Richmond rail and Underground stations are at The Quadrant, Richmond, TW9 1DN; North Sheen station is on Manor Road, Richmond, TW9 4QA. Give us the actual destination and postcode rather than just a station or area name.
For a rail journey to Ham, Petersham or Richmond Hill in TW10, allow for a possible connecting walk or bus beyond Richmond station, which is in TW9. North Sheen is listed with South Western Railway and has National Rail step-free category C access; check the applicable access directions and assistance if needed.

Yes. Book your full home, hotel or office address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops. The stations mentioned here are public-transport alternatives, not your default private-hire destination.
Choose a vehicle for the passengers and luggage together, rather than seats alone. An estate offers more luggage space to consider, while an MPV is an option for a larger party.
Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items. The office can discuss a suitable arrangement; mini van and luxury options are available by enquiry.
Not necessarily. Waiting can be chargeable, and Southend’s pickup and parking facilities have their own charges; those airport charges are not themselves a KB Cars fare. Ask the office to confirm the inclusions and conditions for your collection.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed with you.
