YOUR SW18 DESTINATION
Wandsworth and Earlsfield are separate points in SW18, so give your full destination address rather than just the area name. If rail is part of your plan, Earlsfield station is on Garratt Lane (SW18 4SR), while Wandsworth Town station is on York Road (SW18 1SU); they are different South Western Railway stations.
National Rail classifies Earlsfield as step-free category A and Wandsworth Town as category C. Check the relevant station's access and assistance information, especially when travelling with luggage. A station is an alternative in your journey plan, not a default private-hire collection point.

Yes. Tell our office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, the office will discuss the task and agree any cost.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding chair may travel as luggage in a suitable vehicle; discuss boarding and the rest of your luggage with the office.
