Your quote is based on the journey, vehicle and any agreed extras, rather than an airport-published tariff. Our office can discuss your Stansted collection and Battersea destination with you.
Waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy. Ask the office about waiting, parking and any other costs or inclusions for your booking. Prepayment may be requested for an inbound collection outside London.
ARRIVAL PLAN
Agree the collection before you travel, then go on to your booked Battersea address.
Include the airline, flight number and arrival date and time so the office can plan your airport collection. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Agree the meeting and contact arrangement with the office. Stansted lists Short Stay Green and Blue for pickup and drop-off; Express Set Down is not a pickup area. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help.
Your car can take you to your booked home, hotel or office. Include the full address, postcode, entrance and any extra stop; for Clapham Junction station, agree the entrance or meeting point.
Prefer to travel by rail? Stansted Express links the airport with Tottenham Hale and Liverpool Street. Tottenham Hale connects to the Victoria line, while Liverpool Street has Underground and Elizabeth line connections. The Stratford option requires a change at Tottenham Hale; plan your onward Battersea connection and luggage separately.

YOUR DESTINATION
Battersea and SW11 identify the area, but the full address and postcode identify your actual destination.
If your destination is Clapham Junction Rail Station, its address is St John's Hill, Clapham, Greater London, SW11 2QP. It is not Clapham Common; agree the station entrance or meeting point with the office.

Yes. Your booked journey can go directly to your Battersea home, hotel or office. Give us the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We consider the whole party and load together when agreeing a suitable vehicle. An accompanying carer also needs a seat.

Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any agreed cost separately. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair travels as luggage where suitable.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. You can contact our 24-hour office without installing an app.
