Your quote is for the private hire journey you request, taking account of the date and time, destination, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your arriving flight, airport collection details, full Clapham address, passenger count and luggage to the office.
Ask how airport parking and chargeable waiting apply to your quote, so the total and agreed inclusions are clear before you accept. Rail and other transport prices are separate.

Give your arrival date, expected time and flight number so we can coordinate your Stansted Airport collection. Tell the office about any relevant changes to your arrival plans. Discuss the meeting arrangements with our office and provide a mobile number. Stansted's Short Stay Green and Blue are pickup and drop-off parking options; Express Set Down is not a pickup area. Tell us the full home, hotel, office or station address and postcode, with an entrance or extra stop if relevant. Clapham Common, Clapham North and Clapham High Street are different points.
Comparing the train? Stansted Express links the airport with Liverpool Street, where Underground and Elizabeth line connections are available. Tottenham Hale connects with the Victoria line; the Stratford option requires a change at Tottenham Hale. Plan the onward London-to-Clapham leg and the final journey to your address, particularly if travelling with luggage.

YOUR CLAPHAM DESTINATION
Clapham Common Underground Station is on The Pavement (SW4 7AJ), Clapham North Underground Station is on Clapham High Street (SW4 7TS), and Clapham High Street rail station is on Edgeley Road (SW4 6EU). They are different destinations.
For a home, hotel or office, give the complete address rather than choosing a nearby station by name. If a station is your destination, give its name and address; a station in a public transport comparison is not the default destination for your private hire journey.

Yes. Book your private hire journey to your home, hotel or office using the full address and postcode. Include the entrance and any additional stops where relevant. Stations mentioned in public transport comparisons are alternatives, not your default destination.
Give us the passenger count alongside the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags. Mention pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or other unusual items too, so the office can agree a vehicle suited to the whole party and its luggage. An accompanying carer also needs a seat.
An estate is an option for more luggage; an MPV can accommodate a larger party, with luggage considered together. Mini Van and Luxury arrangements are by enquiry.
Airport waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy. Ask the office how waiting and parking apply to your particular quote, including any relevant costs, before you accept.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Prepayment may be requested for an airport collection outside London.
