EAST SHEEN DETAILS
Give the exact destination and postcode rather than just the area name. East Sheen Library, Sheen Lane, London SW14 8LP, is a useful local reference, not a default destination.
If comparing rail options, Mortlake station is on Sheen Lane, Mortlake, SW14 8LN and is served by South Western Railway. Platform interchange is by footbridge or the road level crossing. North Sheen is a separate station on Manor Road, Richmond, TW9 4QA, so specify which station you need.

Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. If you need to change the journey, ask the office and agree any revised charge. A request is not an accepted change; KB Cars will confirm an accepted change.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge.
If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost separately. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable.
