Your journey, your quote
The quote reflects your destination, travel date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your flight number, passenger count, luggage and any special requirements so our office can plan the journey.
Waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy. Ask the office about waiting and parking charges and what is included in your quote. Prepayment may be requested for an airport collection outside London.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB Cars confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.

Agree the collection and destination with our office before you travel.
Give us your flight number and arrival date so we can arrange your Stansted Airport collection. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Stansted lists Short Stay Green and Blue as pickup and drop-off parking options; Express Set Down is not a pickup area. Follow the meeting arrangements agreed for your booking, and contact our office if you and your driver cannot find each other.
Provide the full address and postcode for your home, hotel or office, plus the entrance and any extra stop, so we can arrange the journey to the right destination.

Plan the final leg
Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green and Putney Bridge are separate District line stations; Imperial Wharf is a rail station in SW6. Your booked address identifies where you actually need to go, rather than a general station point.
For public transport from Stansted Airport, Stansted Express connects with the Victoria line at Tottenham Hale, or with Underground and Elizabeth line services at Liverpool Street. Stratford requires a change at Tottenham Hale; there is no direct Stansted Express train to Stratford. Plan the final local leg, station walking and luggage separately.

Yes. Book your Fulham home, hotel or office as your destination. Include the full address, postcode, entrance and any additional stops.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the number of seats. An accompanying carer also needs a seat.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load, an estate offers more luggage space, and an MPV is an option for a larger party. Ask the office about Mini Van or Luxury arrangements.
Yes. Our office can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell us what help you need so we can arrange a suitable driver; advance notice helps us coordinate it.
If you need an escort inside a building, we will agree the arrangements and any cost with you. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and luggage needs with the office.
